It is with great pleasure that I advise that I have re-established a strong working relationship with CIT-Helios.
I am not an employee of Helios but rather an Authorized Independent Consultant.
In this capacity I will provide advanced training and setup services, both onsite and remotely for both Helios POS and Helios WAN.
After the Nashville show on Nov 7,8 and 9th ... I spent Nov 11 and 12th in Indy with the Helios Team. It was extremely pleasant to renew the direct communication with Tony, Scott and the Helios Development and Support staff. I look forward to contributing observations and recommendations that will continue to strengthen Helios for all Users.
Please understand I am not part of the Technical Support service provided by Helios within the Software Maintenance agreement, my services for fee related to training and setup service that is assistance beyond what should and could be expected of Technical Support on any Software Product.
V11 incorporates SIGNIFICANT feature and functionality enhancements ... if you have allowed your Software Maintenance Agreement to lapse now is the time to consider getting it back in force, the CONTROL, MARKETING and MANAGEMENT features of HELIOS V11 are not something you should be overlooking.
