Visits going to the negative

Andy I just put a call into you as well but thought I would put a post here as well. Helios is putting negative balances on visit packages. All fields are set up properly and it only happens once in a while. the first time was on OCT.1 and now agian on OCT.26,hopefully you can help.

Hi Jeff ... I was tied up most of yesterday ... sorry for delay responding

A couple other of my Helios Clients have infrequently had this problem .... I have never been able to isolate why and/or what causes it ... so really can not offer much help. Helios Tech Support may be able to help here.

I also sent an email to Rick at Solarsoft ... maybe he has encountered this before as well.
