Rep Power: 0 | A few months ago we started getting an error message "Timer not communicating" on bed #44, and only that bed. I have eliminated the possibility of a TMax problem (both the room timer and the manager have been replaced). The room timer has been reset to another (unused) # and that bed works. So....is it possible for Helios to lose track of 1 bed and if so how do I fix it? |

Rep Power: 25 | I have heard of a problem with Helios V9 and a bed # in the forty's ... but I am not sure if this is it or not. Sorry ... I do not have any other info than that ... if it is ... then Helios advised the other client (this goes back over 2 years ago) to "just assign another bed number" there was no fix available ... and this you have done. I believe this issue has been addressed in V10. |
