Does anyone really use this feature? Is it any better in Helios v10?
I would love to use it, but for the life of me I can't really find how it's useful. It seems like you can only put a set schedule in? HELP?!? Thanks so much! love, alarris |

No change in V10
The concept is that you put in a FIXED weekly schedule and then enter the exception on a weekly basis .... not very realistic. One of my over 400 clients using Helios tried it for a couple of months .... too much work to input it .... compared to a simple sheet of paper to schedule employees. KISS ... best approach. |
