Demo Mode only on Network Helios 9.2

Hi Andy
Another question. For some time on our second networked computer Helios says it will only run in demo mode as it says you do not have correct hardware key. My main has the dongle. I can still master edit,run reports etc.on the second computer but it will not allow me to make a sale. Its not a big deal as we use the main one as a point of sale terminal and the second one to do reports etc. I think this started when I used a cable router instead of the network hub. Can you help?
