Date problem when inputing sales info into helios v9.4

I keep getting a date error call tech support message when I try to input info for a sale. Even when the date is correct. I read somewhere that if you don't use helios for a while it will do that. I had my salon closed for 3 days. I don't think that was the cause, but I don't know.If anyone came across this problem and corrected it I would appreciate any help. thank you

That is the problem .... you can call Helios Tech support and they will talk you thru the steps to resolve the problem ... they will want to verify that you are in fact the Salon Owner.
