I have a problem: How do you change the Hours of the Beds (In the SunTouch System) when you change the bulbs, can you somehow go back to zero so that you can easily see the Current Hours on each bed when you run reports and to see current used hours at a glance. I would really appreciate any help.... Desperate !!!!! Thanks in Advance

Hi sunbum:

Wish I knew more about SunTouch to be able to help you.

Perhaps, other members that are SunTouch users can offer directions.

Also, here are linked to a couple of forums on other boards that have more activity regarding SunTouch ... hope it helps:

Sun Bum, did get this changed? I was able to reset the hours on the bulbs but when I look at the report it still has the old numbers.
