Rep Power: 23 | I know you deal more with computer issues, Andy, but I'm sure hoping you can get me pointed in the right direction... Yesterday, after a bed cut off, the TMax Manager went a little bonkers then did not recognize that particular bed (reads two horizontal slashes). When I went to reset the 3a in the room, it allowed me to pass 0, went to 1, then into the 4 minute countdown, almost like it was letting me set the time in the room but for only 1 minute! How weird, so I unplugged and replugged in the 3a at the wall receptacle and it read 39, 9.2, then 0. Help! |

Rep Power: 25 | Your T-Max 3A has lost it's address. Do the following at the T-Max 3A: Unplug power to your T-Max 3A and plug it back in. Press and hold the Start/Stop and Up buttons at the same time until the display reads .1. Release the buttons. Press and release the Start/Stop button. You will get a flashing 5.2. Press the Up button. It will count up to 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, .0. When the display reads .0 the period will stop flashing (the 0 will still flash). Press the Up button until the display reads the address of the room. Press the Start/Stop button. The display will read a .1 (nothing flashing). Press both the Up and Down buttons until the period goes away. Unplug power to your manager and plug it back in. Kevin Barrett ADI Tech Support |
