Guess the trick here Tommy would be not to leave it up ... check it (best when other station not being used) and close it after getting the desired info.

Hmmm... The room status screen slowed the problem down but still having some problems.
I only had to reboot my system 1 time yesterday.
Today already with 8 hours to go have rebooted the system twice. This time the room status screen was not up and I still had a timer communication error. I noticed my computer was acting a little slower than normal even with other programs.
Can't quiet figure out the correlation of the timer not working properly and my other data base program moving slowly..
Does this cause any lights to flash with you.

Tommy: I think it's obvious that Helios is the problem. From what I can see, Helios will continue to be the problem until it's replaced.

I've noticed a marked slowdown in Helios processing speed lately. I'll hit enter to send a transaction, then I wait and wait seems like an eternity before I have the opportunity to close the transaction.

One thing that may help is to defragment your hard drive.
