unrecognizable database format..

today trying to back up my helios stuff and got "unrecognizable database format"
helios will not open up..
I have office 97 on my computer and it want boot up either, now it says my computer dosen;t have a license..
what do I do to get helios to back up...
gotta have this before monday....
help
