Rep Power: 0 | I have no experience at with T Max and I need to know where I can find a layout diagram. I have two long rows of beds on each wall of my salon and I want to wire each room for the T Max, but I do not plan to currently fill each room with a bed. I have room for 15 and am starting with 7. So I need to know how to run the wires for future hook ups while still operating only those rooms with beds in them. Because of the layout there will be empty rooms between the rooms with beds. The diagrams I see all call for the wiring to be a "piggybacked" from bed to bed. How do you set up the wiring for future use without a bed in the loop? I have not seen anything to suggest this, but can't the T Max wiring be set up like a modual plug (sort of like a phone line)? TIA Rich Palm Tree |

Rep Power: 25 | To the best of my knowledge the TMax system must be wired in a continious daisy chain in order to work properly. The easiest solution that I see is to get enough 3A's to wire all of your rooms, then you will be ready each time you need to add a piece of equipment and will avoid wiring and rewiring. Maybe someone else knows an alternate solution ......Kevin?????? |

Rep Power: 0 | just have all the wiring done ahead of time so when you do add the other beds at a later time they are pre-wired, and in the meantime daisy the beds per what is in actual use and then re-daisy them when needed. The T-max manager is very simple for re-programming once the new beds are in. Hope this helps. |

Rep Power: 0 | It would be nice to pre-install all of the timers. It seems you are starting out and would like to make some money before you spend it. At a later date when you install these other tanning units splice into the phone line and connect the new bed. You can buy the crimper at an electrical supply store or maybe radio shack or Home Depot. In the meantime just run the phoneline past or through the empty room and you can do it later. I believe most manufacturers will send you the phone line with the ends on it pre-crimped. |

Rep Power: 25 | All (most) of the primary Software Applications supporting the tanning industry provide interface to the TMax Manager. You can also use the AdNet program that comes with the TMax (and can be downloaded from their site www.appdig.com ... go to the TMax page). |

Rep Power: 25 | Just reread your post cabo ... sorry ... missed that you asked "WITHOUT" a computer. ???? you do web design and you are NOT using the computer to interface to the TMax Manager ... well OK ... the Operator Manual for the TMax outline the procedure for operating it manually ... it also can be downloaded for Applied Digitals site. |
