Several times during the last month, the T-Max Manager has recycled after touching the unit while setting the time. It looks like static electricity. Is this possible and what might be the remedy?

Try grounding the manager. Run a wire from one of the screws on the back of the manager that holds the back on to a grounding point in the building. A screw that holds an outlet plate in is a good grounding point.

Thanks Kevin, I'll ground it today. 11 months after installation, why now? This problem has not happened before, and Colorado is pretty dry most of the year.

It's a bad winter. This is when it happens the worst this time of year.

When the mamager beeps, does the display show anything? Does the manager rescan for beds?

Can anyone tell me if the Helios software can run me a report telling me how many hours were worked by a given employee over the past year.

Kevin, I was in a salon in St Louis a few weeks back ... they were having the same situation that is being described.

It felt to me as if the beeping was being caused by a fluctuation in power. No change in the status display, just beeping. Tried replacing with a new Manager ... same situation ... intermittant beeping.
