Rep Power: 23 | This might be long...Here is my situation. Nichole comes in to use our new spray unit. She loves and want to refer her friends. We give a free spraay for every 5 referrals they send in that use the unit and they can do this over and over again. She sends in her fiends but I need a way to track this on Nichole's client history and also the new clients history. This way I can go back and see if a client has been referred by someone already. Right now I have a code (referral) and it's code description is set at variable and I just type in the referred clients name but I can't figure out a way to run a report so I can send they people a card to say thanks when they get five referrrals. Oh I also set the operation code to credit 0.20 of a session to the account. After 5 referrals the free spray is already on the account. So does anyone know how to set the code so I can run reports with is also to see who is sending us referrals. Sorry this is so long. |

Rep Power: 25 | Nichole, the first thought that comes to mind is to have a separate How Heard item on the Referral table to track these Free Spray referrals ... assume the client is a new client. You can then take off a Referral .. Management report for a timeframe to review. Will think more about this upon my return home. |
