Help Andy,
I am upgrading my computers from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 and in the process it renamed my ZIP Drive (which was formerly B) to E. The E drive was the networking that linked my 2 workstations...so now my networking between the 2 workstations does not work.

Remap your Network Drives as "F"

and then change Helios using the Multi User Setup program to "F"

Wow....way to simple.....I spent about an hour last night trying to figure out how to rename my ZIP back to B and gave up.

In any future case Teresa, I would recommend configuring (mapping) a Network Drive as F or above. This will normally avoid confusion with other devices that will be connected to the system in the future.

Any sign of you know what yet?

almost laughable ....

you would not believe the number of people I talk to that were promised at Nashville to be among the first ... and here you and Doug are still waiting ... did you order it at or before Las Vegas ...

the Master of Airware and broken promises ... but I have to take my hat off to him ... it works for him ...

and heaven help those that actually get it ... assuming the quality assurance is anything similar to the actual release of V10 after waiting over a year for it to be released ... and there was VERY little new in V10 ... just a downgrade of the POS screen and reporting module ....

ho hum ...
