wasted receipt paper - tanTALK

just changed from windows ME to Pro 2000
Now when I print a receipt from my star printer it feeds a lot of wasted paper with the receipt. I called Helios and they couldn't help, Andy, any suggestions.
It was fine with my other OS

yep ... happens with Win2000 and WinXP.

Sometimes, removing and reinstalling (replacing) the Generic driver fixes it ... more often not.

6" of extra paper is common ...
