Employee Name change

I have an employee who just got married. What is the best way to change her name and employee code without screwing up her history of time card in Helios?

Nichole, you can not change an employee code.

You can certainly change the Name assigned to an Employee Code, no problem there and all future reports will display the new employee name including reports of past History and Time Clock transactions.

If you wish to use a new employee code associated to the employees married name prior transactions will continue to be associated to the old code and new transactions will be associated to the new code if you decide to use a new code.
