Helios Question

On some of my sales codes you can not delete them one minute after entering them. I am looking for a way that I can void these sales Thanks

aaron18 ... I assume you are talking about Tanning Codes. With a Timer Manager connected to your system, Helios will not allow a Tanning Sales Code to be voided after the bed has been running.

You can void the transaction all the way thru the Delay Time and during the first 59 seconds of tanning ... but Helios does not allow it to be voided after one minute ... this is a major and desirable security feature.

However, in the situation where this is a valid or necessary reason to STOP (reset) the bed and then possiblity START (restart) the bed again without impacting the clients packages etc again ... there is a way.

Take a look at the document in my ACT Help Center, related to these special Stop/Start Sales Codes ... post again if you have any further question regarding there use or set up.
