I am so sick of HELIOS!!!!!!

You people claim to try and HELP my Salon, but guess what.............NO HELP!! All I keep getting is the run around. My computers have been down ALL week and no one can help me. I keep sending in signed forms to get the newest dongle, and I keep hearing you will send it out, but guess what agian.........I DON"T GET IT!!! WHY I might ask?

I will not be using HELIOS much longer. I am finally sick and tired of it and will be looking into another software with better support. I will also advice anyone that will listen to NEVER use HELIOS!

HOT ... if you wish me to follow up with Helios Tech support on the status of your V11 upgrade send me your name and Salon Phone number.

Not sure why you are having the problem, but willing to try and find out if you wish

I am currently using a single salon software. I am looking into Helios for multi-salon support. How does everyone like it?

elecbeachknox ... if you wish to call I would be pleased to discuss ... there are currently nearly 100 organizations using HELIOS WAN and I have personally assisted about 25% of those implement/setup the Helios WAN.

Been using Helios WAN for 1.5 yrs now........couldn't be happier.

Just switched to V11 this past week and I had some problems with MY data and had nothing but undivided attention from technical support during the transition.

Let me know if you would like to hear more testimonial on V11 or WAN.
