Called Helios sales yesterday to order a Star printer I was quoted 395.00 plus tax of $40 plus $50 for shipping. I looked on the internet and got the same on for 195.00 no shipping. Just an FYI..

Nichole, did you get the Dot Matrix (SP200 series) or the Thermal (TSP200 series). Both work and the Thermal is VERY nice --- quick, quiet and modern.

If you have not ordered yet ... worth considering.

Helios...such a RIP OFF!!! Why is it that they SOAK people the way they do? From everything from parts to their stupid dongle, you could end up paying more than it costs to buy a couple of NEW computers!!!!
