Andy,
Am I missing something? We changed bulbs in our entry level bed and I'm trying to change the Last Replace Lamp entry under Equipment Status and it's not working.

Wow ... changing lamps already, that sounds VERY positive.

Assuming you are using the first "accumulator" under equipment status for each bed, since it is only that first accumulator that Helios uses in hamony with a TMax manager for the Bed Recommendation function ... here is what you do.

Bring up the bed you changed the lamps on.

On the Equipment Status screen double click in the Hours Used field of the appropriate accumulator. You will be asked if you wish to reset this equipment use to 0.00. Assuming you did just change lamps .. Yes ... the value will be changed to 0.00 and the date reset to today.

If you try and change the date manually ... it is very tricky ... highlight the entire date field and press the space bar ... should reset date to today. Or with the date highlighted you should be able to enter the desired date if not today.

You can also set the Part Life to the desired value and if you answered NO to reset the Hours Left to 0.00 you can enter a value. The Hours Left field is a calculated field and can not be adjusted.

The Hours Left field will display Green during the Part Life down to the last 100 hours at which point it will be Yellow until the Hours Left reach 0.00 and it will then be Red.

Just had a neat report created in Solarsoft's Salon Net and Salon Wizard to display the Status of all Beds for the selected Accumulator. This avoids having to look through bed by bed to see the status.
