On my computer at the salon when using Internet Explorer if I try to type just one letter in the address bar I get an error and the program closes. (Kernell.DLL error I believe) But I can use Netscape navigator on the same machine and it is fine......I just don't like Netscape as well.
Any suggestions????? |

Try loading a later version of IE or a later service pack. It sounds like you have either had a bad installation and it upgraded a DLL it shouldn't, or a virus has modified a dll and it's crashing.
Scan for a virus, and then do the new installation or repair. Beyond that, your having problems with system files and that usually requires a rebuild to fix the problem without causing more problems. |
