I have Helios setup to ask if a receipt is required. The answer is usually no, but once in awhile a Client will have a change of heart and ask for one 20 minutes after the transaction is complete. Is there anyway to print the receipt?

Afraid not John ... have asked Helios for the ability to Reprint a receipt a number of times ... still on the wish list.

Simpliest option here is just to have a manual receipt book if the client really demands one.

I've discovered the only way to give them the necessary receipt, if it's on the same day, is to void the entire transaction and re-do it, then print the receipt.

John .... the ability to REPRINT a receipt is in V10.2 and therefore also in V11.

It is from the F8 History Display .... point at any line item that was on the original sale you wish to reprint .... Press F5 Reprint ... and the system will reprint the receipt with all line items from the original transaction, including Payment Method ... Change does not show, just the payment method equal to the actual total ... the Amount Tendered is not stored just the Payment Methods equalling the total.
