Rep Power: 23 | I was wondering if you could help me. It seems that my timer is off. The program says the bed has stopped and dirty before it actually goes off. Any clue how I would fix it? Also I noticed that the clock on my computer is always 3 to 4 min. fast. Thanks, |

Rep Power: 25 | Teez Tanning, I wish I knew more about SunTouch ... but I do not. Perhaps a SunTouch User here on TanTalk might have a suggestions. You will also find SunTouch Support forums on the following boards: Tanning Professionals ... Tan Today I doubt that your computer clock being off by a few minutes would related to your problem ... Right Click on the Time in the lower right corner of your desktop and you will see an option to Adjust Date and Time ... you can fix the 3 or 4 minutes here. Hope this helps ... _________________ Andy Thompson ACT Business Solutions Toll-Free 877-777-6717 andy@atso.ca ACT Help Center [ This Message was edited by: Andy @ ATSO.ca on 2002-09-23 16:13 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | I also have Sun Touch Plus and mine will also do the same so what I have to do is complety shut down the computer and turn off the timer(that will turn off the beds if any are running) then I will bring it all back up then it is all working just fine. I have called SunTouch and talked to them about this several times but I can't get a straight answer with them. During the day when I am working the software will freeze up or it will shut down and this happens about twice a day. This time of year don't bother me as much but when I am busy I get sooo mad, and when I asked Sun Touch about it they tell me it's because I don't have XP. Does this happen wth anyone? |

Rep Power: 24 | XP will indeed stop any and all problems with Suntouch. As far as bed times off on the screen I would make sure that your baud rate is set to match your computer. If you do need help please take the time to visit our site. Thank You. |

Rep Power: 0 | Two things to check! Check to make sure that the start delay is the same in suntouch as it is in the bed programming. Make sure that the timmer setup pause count is correct, you want to make sure suntouch is polling the timer to update the screen. For a 1000mhz computer the pause should be set around 5000 |
