Can you transfere the clients history from one clients number to the other without doing it one transaction at a time?

No there is no way to transfer client history transactions from one client number to another ... other than doing it one transaction at a time.

and I must ask .... why are you needing to do this at all?

CAUTION: just changing the Client Number in the Transaction File will cause the record to display on the History of a difference client ... BUT ... the impact on the Client Profile ... Accumulators, Membership etc remains on the client that the transaction was processed on.

Oh, Duplicate Clients ... read the topic name again after this initial response ... this would make for an interesting little utility ... the ability to MERGE two client records. combining the values in the accumulators and Memberships from two client records and deleting the second client record.

Currently having a Utility created to Change Sales Codes and the related History ... so as not to lose the ability to do Sales Reporting and Comparisions.

Anyone else interested in either of these.
