I made a mistake on some lotion sales codes. I would like to transfere the entire history of one sales code to the other. Is this something I can do?

At this time in Helios Nichole, unfortunately not ...

But, I am currently having a utility written to allow me to do just that ... I have a client in CT with a number of locations and they want to standardize the codes they have created over the last number of years, which vary a little (or lot) in the different locations.

This utility will also allow for the adjustment of Division and Department on Sales Codes and Sales History Transactions ... thus allowing for a more effect approach to Sub Totalling on reports.

Further this utility will allow for the changing of the related Inventory code for a Sales Code and the updating of the Inventory Adjustment History for that Inventory code.

This utility will be available in October and at this time will require Excel97 to run.

Yes, this utility is part of what I use to "cleanse" and "harmonize" Helios Databases just prior to setting up Salon Net.

Working on one right now, as I type this, actually. 5 locations that had a number of different Sales Codes for same products and services in different locations.

This utility lets me clean up the history and consolidate the codes for a clean consistent operation.

B E A U T I F U L .... you will love it.
