I currently pay my employees commission on every sale they make. In order to Motivate I am thinking about raising their commission percentage but at the same time set a minimum they need to reach or they get 0% Is there a way to get an average per customer sale in helios 9.4? I was going to figure gross sales divided by hours worked but since there are sometimes more than one cashier I don't want them to fight for a sale. It would be much more fair if there is a way to divide their sales by the number of customers they helped. Is there a way to do this? Any other suggestions or other ways anyone else uses? Thanks

Version 9.4 and prior do not easily reflect Average Sales per Cashier.

V10.0.45 distributed at the Vegas show did have a Employee Per Person Average report, but it may be the Nashville show before we see the next version of V10, again assuming 2002.

Salon Net and Salon Wizard from Solarsoft have Employee PPA reporting available NOW.

Sandollar Tanning Resorts in Huntsville AL reward sales of Products and Upgrades based on a percentage of related sales distributed by employee based on Hours of Work, again Salon Net does the tracking and calculation of bonuses earned, also allows Employee to monitor the growing bonus during the month.
