I've called Helios about this and teir solution isit is being addressed in version 10. Has anyone found a way of dealing with it NOW? Say a customer brings a product back for a refund. How do you handle it? If I'm tere I can do it through transactions and Master edit but what about when I have an Employee working? How do you credit it, put it back into inventory, and takeit off the performers commission. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem, hopefully I'm not th only one with out an aceptable solution

Like all programs there is both good and bad with it. The problem right now is there is no way to do returns. Have you found a way? Of course I can always do it through master edit and transactions But this is not an acceptable solution when you have employees. I'd love to hear how any other salons deal with the problem. Once again, I do have Helios 9.4 and unless I'm missing it there is no way to do this, (when I called helios they said they will address it in version 10

I'm going to move this to the tech forum so that Andy can address it. He will have an answer.
