Help -- I have citizen printers also. Some of them seem to work just fine. I have the Citizen IDP3530, IDP3535 and IDP3540. The IDP3530 seems to work fine.

I would like a thermal printer for the stores that works with the cash drawer. They are much faster!

Tony was having the Star TSP600 (model number from memory) Direct Thermal printer tested with Helios back in March.

Have not heard any word on it since. The connection for the Cash Drawer was the same as with the SP200 series.

If the Generic Driver does not work, I have no other words of advice. I am sure if you call Helios Tech Support they are just likely to say it is not a supported printer, even though at one time it may have been.

No solution here, just the best info I have.
