When Salon Net can't calculate your sales tax or your monthly sales after 5 months of fighting with it, what do you do? And...Does anyone know a faster way to calculate your monthly sales or sales tax other than manually adding everything up off the individual daily reports after hoping that they are correct?

NeonSun, I understand that a signicant number of reports have been added and/or modified in the last couple of days.

I am hopeful that these resolved your problem.

The focus within Salon Net Reports (incorrectly perhaps) has been on adding additional reporting capability beyond that available in the base Helios application.

Now reports have been (and are being) made available replacing the need to use the Helios reports. The Salon Net versions also provide the able for "Drill Down" analysis, exception reporting and edit ability, allowing correction of improperly stored Helios Transactions.

Solarsoft have found a signification problem with the storage of Method of Payment data in Helios, that caused a signification number of transactions to either have no Method of Payment stored or the total value of payment stored until more than one method.
