Rep Power: 23 | I recently terminated an employee. I've discovered that she had made a duplicate key to the salon, and had come in before I could get the locks changed. After reading all the posts on v10, I want to keep my same version I'm currently using. Will I be able to get a copy of my original version from Helios? Or, is there a way for me to copy the program off the hard drive? Any suggestions appreciated. |

Rep Power: 25 | Give Helios Tech support a call, I would think that if you explain what has happened, they would send you a replacement CD for V9.4 Guess you could also ask the terminated Employee if they would prefer to drop off the CD or would they prefer the Police to come and pick it up. |
