I just recently added upgrade credits to my codes. This allows me to use the current sales codes to collect extra money for my upgrade equipment. The problem: When using this with my "TV" sales code. Tan On Visit it will not remove one of the visits. The sales code is set to subtract 1 from the visit accumulator and the intelligence is set to charge money based on the tanning time of an upgrade bed.

Rep Power: 25 | Michael, I just tested the following with V9.4 and it did work as expected. Can you confirm the following in your desire, and that you are using V9.2.5 - I can reinstall V9.2.5 and test it, but wanted to double check the following first. TV - Tan on Visit, on the Financial Tab the Price Indicator is set to "Time" with no default price. The Pkg/Memb for the related accumulator (Visits) is set to "C- Constant" and Subtract Amount is "1". The Intelligence of each Bed/Room is either set to "Yes" (Base Bed no upgrade) or "Fee", with the appropriate charge per minute in the Amount field. Hope this helps |

Andy, Just got back into town! Here's the scoop on the sales code. TV It's set to constant on the financial tab with a price of $0 One the pkg/mem tab it's set to the visit accumulator / constant and set to remove 1 from that accumulator. Under the bed intelligence it's set to "value/T"

Rep Power: 25 | Value / T is used when you wish to allow cross utilitation related to Beds and Accumulators. It also means that you are selling quantities into the accumulators in "T" Minutes. If you sold 2 different types of Packages in two different Accumulators, you would then on the Tanning Sales Code establish the "Value" related to each Accumulator on the Pkg/Memb tab. For example if one Accumulator held Minutes with a "Walk In" value of .50 per Minute and the second Accumulator held Minutes with a "Walk In" value of 1.00 per Minute. You would set these "Values" on the Pkg/Memb Tab. Then on the Intelligence Tab you set the Value/T for each Bed related to the above values. For example a Base Bed would be set at .50 per Minute and an Upgrade Bed would be set at 1.00. The system will remove the appropriate quantity from the accumulator with the closes match on Value. The system will also charge based on the Value fees if a sufficent quantity is not available in any accumulator. Based on your initial description I do not believe you wish to use Value/T - upgrade dollars are never involved when using Value/T More likely you would want to use the Fee per minute approach described above for your upgrade beds. I am not totally following your description of Upgrade Credits - discussion required on that one. |
