TMax Resetting Itself

It doesn't happen every day. Sometimes not at all. But when it does it happens all day and to several of my beds. My TMax will automatically reset back to "0" indicating that the unit has been cleaned and reset when it hasn't. What can I do to fix this thing so it stops resetting to "0" and instead goes blank until properly reset by the person cleaning?

Do you have T-Max 1As or T-Max 3A in your salon? Are you using a computer to run your salon? If so, what software are you using to run your salon?

The TMax is not hooked up to our computer yet. I'll check over the weekend to see what model TMax it is.
