Rep Power: 23 | I had my first customer who actually came in on HER birthday and the box popped up and said to "wish HIM a happy birthday." Why is it that we mark male/female on the registration screen and yet all women are considered men on thier birthday's? Granted no one knows other than the person behind the screen, but personally it made me a little upset knowing the gender issue was wrong. How would men like it if the gender always was to the she or her...hmmmmmm |
