I have enjoyed using your product and I am glad for the new improved version of the 3A switches,of course I have the old version which about once a year i have to replace the pressure sensitive face plate from break through where the switches are and by the way this is what causes most of the reset problems with the units because it keeps the switch activated all time once it breaks through, now to my complaint my first year or so you replaced these units for free sending me 10 at a time because I have 10-3as as I tried to get more of these face plates bacause this is a yearly thing I learn they must be purchased from a distributor at $10.00 ea.now this is a design flaw which you rectified in the new units ,Is there not a cheaper way for us poooooor soles to recieve justice.

Corvette,
The newer 3A timers also have some other improvements.
I think you called in for Kevin, or myself, a couple of weeks ago. Sorry that we were not in the office.
Send me your shipping details, I'll send you a two year supply.

Dan,
What are the other improvements and are they worth upgrading to? I have 7 and they have all broken through the up arrow button and most of them on start/stop. I need to know where I can get replacements. Are they complete faces or just stickers? Thanks. Pam

They are just stickers. Give us a call at 417-338-5101 on Monday and we'll set up getting you replacements.

All of the face plates were flush to the wall when we installed them. Now they seem to be seperating from the wall at each side, like curling in. And yes there are cracks at the up arrow on most of them. Have you heard of this and what to do?
And we had a timer go out in the middle of a session. Bed cut off, Manager started showing a E7 (I believe) for that bed, beeeeeeeeppppp sound and no lighted 3A in room. lovely
What to do ? (All power cords OK)
Did it crap out along with my washer today?

Give us a call and we will arange for replacement decals.

If you timer is blank then it is not getting any power or is completely bad. Swap this timer with one in another room. If it powers up in the other room then your power supply powering the timer is bad. If not, then the timer is bad.

Cool, Thanks Kevin
Bet you answer the same questions over an over again. I guess we are either too busy, or too lazy to do a simple search on tantalk, or look in the owners manual for the answer. We just know you are going to have the right answer in no time.
Thank you for supporting us at Tantalk.
