Can you please tell me what a "E7" display (or error) means? It popped up twice today on our T-max manager, and only on 2 beds.
Thanks,
Sharon Smith

E-7 means that the T-Max Manager lost communications with the timers momentarily. Are these the last two timers in your daisy chain?

Yikes... the E7 fashed again (the two beds at the end of the daisy chain) and now none of the beds are responding to the T-Max. We are checking the connections to verify all are tight. I guess we will run the quick test next(??) I just called your office and unfortunately it appears you closed 15 minutes ago. (I was hoping to get troubleshooting steps) I'm wondering if we should follow the steps and re-set the timer as if it is new?
Gosh, We have only had it 6 weeks... maybe I should expect a hiccip every now andd then???

It was nice talking to you this evening. Looks like you have a bad cable between rooms 3 and 2. Replacing that should solve your problems.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
