Rep Power: 9 Sonshinetans is on a distinguished road
Hey guys i have a small problem with one of my 3a's
It resets itself every so often.
Today I had a lady tanning in room #6 when the bed shut off the timer reset itself showing clean when in fact it is dirty. This could certainly prove to be disatrous.
I noticed the other day when I pushed the up arrow to reset it after cleaning the bed it showed a 9 on the timer. I had to unplug it to reset it to 0. What do I need to do???
Thanks in advance.
Tommy

Are you running the system manaully or using a computer? Are you using a T-Max Manager, Manager/Plus or Manager/Pro top control your salon?

using helios software, the new manager with all the digital features. I think it's the pro. The only thing that has changed in the past year is we upgraded from the manager to the manager pro about 2 months ago.
This is the only room with this problem.

Have you checked your power supply for that timer?

It could be that you have a weak power supply. Did you use our power supply to power the unit or are you using a common power supply to power multiple timers?

Try swapping that timer wth one in another room. See if the problem follows the timer. Make sure you re-address the timers.
