Hello. I called Steve earlier today (1/10/02) in regards to an error message on our new T-Max A3. We installed the t-max last Sunday afternoon. It seemed like we had a perfect installation, but some problems starting occurring a few days later.
We have Sun Touch Plus currently on a Win98 system, but will be changing computers tomorrow with a Win XP.

Some of the problems with T-max have been:
Today we put someone in Bed #6. The "5" minute delay showed up. About 20 seconds later, we heard a beep, and the T-max manager was displaying an "E0" on #6.
We reset suntouch, and the "5" minute appeared, and about 10 seconds later the Manager beeped again and reset to "0". The third time was a charm, we reset Suntouch again and it worked fine.

This evening, we set Bed #1 with 15 minutes. The timer in the room had a "5" for preparation time, the start button was pushed, the bed started and then the bed shut down with 7 minutes left on the session. The Suntouch screen showed 7 minutes left on the bed and appeared in normal working mode.( I was the one tanning when this happened and can tell you no other buttons or knobs were touched when the bed shut off.)

I told Steve I will call tomorrow at 4pm your time and he said would troubleshoot the problem then. He mentioned using Ad-Net to troubleshoot. I did not install this last Sunday because it says in the Suntouch Plus Manuel, Page 54, "Do not install Ad-net. This S/W can interfere with Suntouch." Also Kym at Suntouch also mentioned this to me.
