Well, my computer saga continues. Today my computer guy came in and informed me that I had a bad harddrive. He replaced the harddrive,and reinstalled everything. Back to the back up subject. He restored my database, but guess what, even though I have done a backup each night, it only restored transactions from prior to zip installation on 1/7, so, I guess I am glad that I patiently waited each evening for my client status report. Looks like me and "master edit" will be spending quite some time together this weekend. So, in answer to my own post, I AM BACKING UP EVERY HELIOS FILE FROM NOW ON!!!!!!
Thanks from all of you for your input. I sure learned alot this past week!!! (Things were almost simpler back in the old "card days"!!!! |
