I just added more beds to my salon.
The mgr pro has picked them up but now I need to add them to helios. Does anyone know how to do this. I went to eqipment and did auto detect but it only showed the same beds that i have already programmed in. Thanks |

Assuming you are using V11 .... Settings - Equipment
Add the additional Bed / Room number Enter the Location code ... with TMax ... Room 10 would be Location A10, Room 8 would be A08 Enter the Hours between Use, Max Time and Delay Time Save the new Bed/Room Now go to Sales Codes and set the Intelligence properly on all Tanning Sales Codes for the new room Hope this helps |

What Version of Firmware does your TMax have ... recycle the power on the TMax and you will see a Ver # in the LED screen of the TMax Manager.
There were some TMax Manager manufactured with a version of firmware that is not compatible with Helios ... they were V4. something Helios Tech Support and/or Applied Digital Tech Support can help you with this if that is the issue |

I understand from your earlier post that you were wanting to add beds ... I assumed (incorrectly I guess) that some beds already existed and worked.
Have you set up the TMax as the type of Digital Timer in System Setting on the Peripheral tab. Going right back to basic ... do you have the Serial cable connected between the TMax and the computer |

If I am reading your post correctly, you can start sessions from Helios to the older beds just not the two new ones. Is that correct? If so, then you don't need to check cable connections.

all original beds are working fine. I can send time to all the t-maxes, including the new one's from the
t-max manager, but still can't send time to the manager for the new beds. somebody told me that i need service pak 2 on my helios. |
