when I go to set the times, the numbers are going really fast & before they always went slow. Kevin, you have been a huge help to this point with these timers, does this mean anything to you?? By the way, Collette sent me the new cords & I changed it today & they worked right away....I didn't have any E7 all day, but now this just happened. They just all went to 0. Thanks in advance.

Yes, Kevin I can set times & start the sessions fine...but it was just so strange that out of nowhere, the displays on the manager just reset back to 0 (didn't affect anything) & then when I went to set the time, the #'s are moving really fast. I don't want to sound like I am complaining, because the #s used to go really slow when you were setting them. It is just weird that it happened after I put in that new cord & it happened after a day of running the beds. Did that make sense to you?

Kevin, Last night they did it again -- all the displays on the manager just went back to 0 & now when I set them, they move slow again. Does this sound familiar - I can handle it if it's not the beginning of a problem. Yes, I can still set the times, but it is just weird that they are resetting themselves back to 0 & then when setting the times it's going from fast to slow.

You need to check your display mode on the T-Max Manager.
On the T-Max Manager, do the following: 1) If your T-Max Manager has a keylock, turn the key clockwise 1/4 turn. If the T-Max Manager is standing upright, the key should be in the horizontal position. 2) Unplug power to the T-Max Manager, wait 5 seconds then plug power to the T-Max Manager back in. Wait unitl the light to the left rests on Show Bed 1-8. 3) Press the Start/Stop buttons under displays 1 and 8 and the same time until the displays change values. Release the buttons once the displays change values. 4) Check display number 4. If it is a 0, set it to 1 by pressing the Set button under 4. 5) Once this is done, press and release the Change Displayed Beds button at the lower left corner of the T-Max Manager until the display change values and show your beds. 6) Press the Set buttons until the displays show the max times for each bed. Let me know if this fixes your problem. Kevin Barrett ADI Tech Support. |
