We converted to 9.4 and are loving it. We had a small gliche where the client computer wasn't finding the timer but a 10 minute conversation with Helios's Stuart the "man" we are going strong. It is a blessing to be able to have the capabilities of using to computers to send time to beds. |

We have selected Helios for our new salon. When we requested a demo two weeks ago. When it arrived, it says Version 10 on the CD folder, but it's version 9.4 so that is what we are going to open with unless V10 becomes ready for primetime.[ This Message was edited by: Erebus623 on 2002-05-17 09:00 ]

They will be releasing version 10 at the Vegas show. As with any Helios release I will wait for at least 9 months before installing in my 5 salons. This has served me well in the past. I wait for someone else to find all the new bugs. I cannot afford for my salon to be down. Version 9 has proved to be very stable. Why should I want to switch to version 10?
