T Max Master Slave

I am trying to get a Master Slave config set up on a 3A at the front desk and a 1A in the room. The 3A has a chip labeled 3A30 and the Address set to 0 and the 1A has a chip labled 30, my problem is they will not talk. I can make 2 1A's talk but not the 3A and a 1A. Any Suggestions PS I can not find any info on setting parameters on the 1A, also can not get tech support to return my call ???

When you apply power to the T-Max 3A, it will show a number, followed by another number then go to a 0. That are the two numbers on the T-Max 3A display before it goes to a 0. Are there any other characters on the disply before it goes to a 0?When did you call us? We try very hard to call every customer back.
