on our tmax manager plus, we have taken several beds out of the chain. we have 46 beds total. beds 9-17, the timers have been turned off, but the cables are still connected so the tmax daisy chain is not broken. everything has been working fine, but suddenly today, beds 1-7 stopped working totally. they wont show up on the manager plus at all. any suggestions?

Adam,Check the address on those timers and make sure their addresses are correct. Then if they are and the T-Max Manager/Plus sees all the other rooms and can start sessions then is is probably a cable disconnected and you will need to check cables. You can call us at 417-338-5101 and ask for anyone in Tech Support.Kevin BarrettADI Tech Support
