I got a tmax manager plus that has a bad connector. the connecter that hooks the tmax to the daisy chain has a broken clip, so it wont stay into the manager. I tried reclamping a new connector on, and when i fire up the manager, everything starts up correctly, but when it starts scanning, it just keeps scanning and looping, and the lights never light up to show the beds are ready. any ideas??Adam Cooper

Is connector on the T-Max Manager/Plus broke or is the clip on the cable broke. The clip is on the cable end and that is usually what gets broken. If so, you will need to re-crimp that cable end.Kevin BarrettADI Tech Support
