error when trying to send time.

When I try to send time to the t-max through Helios, I get the following error. "!!!WARNING!!! Time was NOT sent properly!!! Tried to send 30 minutes but timer reads 0. Please verify the time on bed 26."This is doing this to 3 of the beds, the rest are working fine. I put some new beds in these rooms. I changed the beds from 15 minute beds to 30 minute beds. Two of the ones I switched work fine, but the other three that I moved are giving me that error. I made sure I changed the time allowed in helios is up to 30 minutes for those rooms, but i dont know what else to do. thanks,Adam CooperSandollar Tanning Resorts

I will also add that the timer will not take time at all, so it is not the chip in the timer. If I try to send any amount of time to it, i get the error that i posted.

When changing max times on the T-Max 3As, you must cycle power to the T-Max Manager. Make sure that the T-Max Manager sees the new timers. Then try to send time.Kevin BarrettADI Tech Support
