Kevin, the power at my salon goes off occasionally, which causes the beds, computer, timer everything to go off just for a second. Is there any way to know how much longer the tanners need to tan or can I have a backup some how? I think it's due to construction going on here I the shopping center where I'm located.Also, I can walk over to my T-Max Manager to set it & the zeros change to dashes & it beeps. If someone is tanning, it will change back & show how many minutes that have left, but I'm wondering why it does this.Thanks for your help!Ginger

Ginger,If you have a brown out (that's what loosing power momentarily is called), look at the T-Max Manager. Each display will show the amount of time left when on each session when you had your brown out.As far as the T-Max Manager resetting, it sounds like static shock. Try grounding the T-Max Manager. Run a cable from one of the four screws on the back of the T-Max Manager to a grounding point in your building. A good place is a screw that holds an outlet plate in.Kevin BarrettADI Technical Support

Kevin,When I have these brown outs, the T-Max Manager clears & I can't tell how long they've been in there. Do you think grounding it will help that too?Thanks!

Connect the T-Max Manager to a UPS (uninterruptible power supply). Then when you get a brown out, the T-Max Manager will not loose power and should report the times.Kevin BarrettADI Tech Support
