Helios Help needed ASAP - tanTALK

Helios users!!!!!

I majorly screwed up this morning and ran EFTs for the 15th and not the 1st. Helios support is not available on the weekend so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible for me to reverse those charges myself thru the program.

Helios should not let you run an EFT incorrectly. Poor design!
