Re: need comments on mix

The 756V is the best unit ETS made. Good vertical unit!

All the units are about 10 years old. Need some newer stuff on the high end side.

To determine a good mix you must determine business model. There are a number of different models that work well depending on the market.

There is the 5 level model plus spray.

There is a 4 level plus spray

There is a 3 level plus spray (Best option for a level based salon)

There is an all inclusive plus spray with all top end equipment ( in some cases and markets with lower level equipment)

Equipment mix and price structure are the foundation of a successful salon. Price structure you chose will determine best equipment mix.

Everything here is a decent VHR unit.

They probably have the 450's with the 252 and the Classic 600's and AG with the 756V.

Most salons have a "mix" - of price ranges and performance.

If you want to keep it as a "high end performance, boutique" type salon (and if the numbers support that), I'd add HP as well as upgrade the spray. Potentially other high end products or spa services

Yes I neglected to include the 2 level salon that is a smart idea for a small salon or in some markets that works very well when priced and marketed correctly.
