new hire help I am looking to hire a manager at my place, and am curious what works best when posting for these types of positions. Could you give some advice or pointers to attract good candidates? |

it's not a hard job, lot's of cleaning.... increasing market share is another story |
Re: new hire help We only promote within and will never hire a manager off the street again. Having a person work from the bottom up within your company to learn all the positions not only allows them to learn all the policies and procedures it allows you to ensure they'll represent your company the way YOU want them to. Lastly, you attract the type of people your company exposes. Poorly operated by those with a bad attitude will only attract more of the same. |
