Rep Power: 0 | Nov-Dec It's November and December is coming. What are some things you have done to get new customers in your doors during these months? I am considering doing a mailer. Can you give me some pointers on what to do and also what not to do? |

As far as mailers you want to be careful to make sure your mailer sends the right message or you will not get a response. The new plastic coated cards that can have perforated cards that are actually gift cards with a value get great response. Remember what you advertise where you advertise and when you advertise will determine the effect your advertising budget will have. Always be very active with email and social media. These are the most affordable and effective.

How ever, IMO mailings just get lost this time of the year. People think they are going to be too busy for a membership or even a monthly. Try doing a buy one - get one 50% off on all levels for singe visits. Put the offer on a biz type card and leave them every where with in a 5 or 10 miles area around your store. retail stores, resteraunts, gyms any where tanners may visits.
